Leipzig, DHfK, Turnhalle, Basketballtraining Zentralbild Koch At. 22.10.1965-15 Jahre Deutsche Hochschule für Körperkultur in Leipzig. Blick in die Leichtathletik- und Spielhalle (Größe 40 mal 70 meter) während eines Baskettball-Übungsspieles von afrikanischen, kubanischen und DDR-Sportstudenten. Information: Am 22.10.1965 feiert die DHfK in Leipzig ihr 15jähriges Bestehen. Dank der großzügigen Unterstützung durch die Regierung unserer Republik ist diese modernste deutsche Sporthochschule zum Zentrum der Sportwissenschaft und Forschung, der Ausbildung von Sportlehrern, Trainern und Kadern der sozialistischen Sportbewegung geworden. Auch die Körperkultur der jungen Nationalstaaten fand an der DHfK in Leipzig, an der zahlreiche Studenten aus diesen Ländern eingeschrieben wurden, besondere Unterstützung.
