For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Tele 24.7.1963 Jürgen Hilmer wieder in den Armen der Eltern Der 13jährige Jürgen Hilmer, der von den Bonner Behörden fünfeinhalb Monate lang gesetzwidrig in Westdeutschland festgehalten worden war, ist am 24.7.1963 um 12.00 Uhr auf dem Grenzkontrollpunkt Marienborn endlich seinen Eltern wieder übergeben worden. Überglücklich und mit einem herzhaften Kuß schlossen die Mutter und der Vater ihren Jungen in die Arme. In einer Pressekonferenz im Magdeburger Klubhaus der Schwermaschinenbauer klagte Rechtsanwalt Prof.Dr. Friedrich Karl Kaul die westdeutschen Behörden der bewußten Kindesentführung an. |
