ADN-ZB-27.10.1961-Berlin: Durchsetzung der Grenzsicherungsmaßnahmen vom 13.8.1961. Am 26.10.1961 verhandelten an der Staatsgrenze in der Friedrichstraße Vertreter der in Westberlin stationierten amerikanischen Besatzung mit Offizieren der Volkspolizei über die Verfahrensweise beim Passieren der Staatsgrenze der DDR in Berlin durch Angehörige der US-Mission und der amerikanischen Besatzung.
