For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Börln, Schulung in der Dorfakademie Zentralbild Schaar Ga-Hr 20.1.61 Börlner Genossenschaftsbauern vor der Facharbeiterprüfung. Zum Zentrum der fachlichen Qualifizierung und der Allgemeinbildung hat sich die Dorfakademie der Gemeinde Börln im Kreis Oschatz entwickelt. LPG-Mitglieder, davon 38 Frauen, bereiten sich seit Oktober 1960 in je einem Zirkel für Acker- und Pflanzenbau sowie für Rinderzucht auf die Facharbeiterprüfung vor, die sie im Juni ablegen werden. UBz: Die 63jährige Genossenschaftsbäuerin Anna Arnhold (links, sitzend) fühlt sich noch nicht zu alt, um die Facharbeiterprüfung abzulegen. Hier mit der Genossenschaftsbäuerin Maria Sauer und dem Agronomen Gotthard Zimmermann bei der Erklärung der Futterpflanzen.
