For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Martin Re-Tu 25.5.1960 Dienstleistungen in Dresden. Sehr beliebt ist die Menü-Küche der Stadtküche Café Prag in Dresden, in der fertige und halbfertige Gerichte angeboten werden. Der Leiter der Menü-Küche beschaffte sich aus der Rundfungindustrie Plastikabfälle, aus denen er Plastikschalen für fertige Gerichte pressen lies. Die Schalen werden mit den Gerichten in einen Karton verpackt und so den Kunden ausgeliefert. In den Schalen, die gegen eine geringe Leihgebühr abgegeben werden, können die Gerichte gleich am Tisch serviert werden.
