For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Stegemannshof, Erfahrungsaustausch zur Maisernte Zentralbild Weiß-Weiß-Noa-17.8.1957 Auftakt zur Maisernte im Kreis Prenzlau-Am 17.8.1957 fand in Stegemannshof, Kreis Prenzlau, ein Verfahrensaustausch über die Maisernte mit gleichzeitiger Vorführung verschiedener für die Maisernte bestimmter Maschinen statt. An dem Erfahrungsaustausch nahmen der Stellvertreter des Vorsitzenden des Ministerrates Paul Scholz, Direktoren und Agronomen der MTS sowie die Vorsitzenden der Räte des Kreises des Bezirks Neubrandenburg teil. Die verschiedenen Maschinen wurden eingesetzt auf den 17 ha Mais der LPG "Neue Hand" in Stegemannshof UBz: Pferd beim Feststampfen des gehäckselten Mais im Silo.
