For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Schleifreisen, Bauer beim Füttern Zentralbild Bez.Red.Erfurt 25.1.1956 Einzelbauer Dölz arbeitet nach Neuerermethoden Der Werktätige Einzelbauer Alfred Dölz aus Schleifreisen, Bez. Gera, der eine landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche von 7, 21 ha bewirtschaftet, konnte im letzten Jahr im Wettbewerb von Hof zu Hof durch Anwendung von Neuerermethoden gute Erfolge erringen. Im Dorfarbeitsplan 1956 verpflichtete er sich, auf 1 ha die Unkrautbekämpfung, auf 0, 5 ha das Wiesenwalzen und auf 0, 5 ha das Gerüsttrocknen durchzuführen. In der Schweinezucht wird er den Doppelsprung einführen, und bei den Rindern will er eine Milchleistung von 1100 (eins eins null null) Liter pro ha erreichen. Den Zwischenfruchtanbau will Bauer Dölz auf 1, 5 ha erhöhen. UBz: Für seine Kälber baute Bauer Dölz im Vorjahr Kälberhütten.
