For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Gera, Auzubildener aus China Zentralbild Witting-Wehse 21.5.1955 - 2977- Chinesische Jungingenieure im VEB Kondensatorenwerk Gera Freundschaft verbindet das deutsche Volks mitdem chinesischen. Junge Deutsche studieren auf den Hochschulen Pekings, während chinesische Jungen und Mädchen auf deutschen Universitäten und in volkseigenen Betrieben lornen, die Wissenschaften und die Technik zu meistern. Seit Anfang dieses jahres absolvieren vier chinesische Jungingenieure im VEB KondensatorenwerkGera ihr Praktikum. Durch ihren Fleiß und ihren Lerneifer und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft sind sie Betrieb erworbenen Kenntnisse werden ihnen beim sozialistischen Aufbau ihrer Heimat helfen. U. B. z. Der 25-jährige Pac Chi-Kwung arbeitet zur Zeit in der "technischen Stelle" des Werkes, wo die technischen Daten der Kondensatoren errechnet werden. (v. l. n. r.)
