For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Kaffeetafel, Jenaer Glas Zentralbild Klein Blg-Qu 11Mot. 10.3.1955 Feuerfestes Jenaer Glas Vielseitig verwendbares und geschmackvoll geformtes Gebrauchsgeschirr bietet der Volkseigene Betrieb Jenaer Glaswerk Schott u. Gen. den Hausfrauen und erleichtert ihnen damit die Arbeit. Seit 90 Jahren bereits wird in Jena feuerfestes Glas hergestellt, doch die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten seiner Verwendbarkeit werden jetzt erst richtig ausgenutzt. Immer neue Formen werden im Volkseigenen Betrieb Jenaer Glaswerk Schott entwickelt, von der Kaffeemaschine über den Milchtopf, zu formschönen Tassen, Teekannen, Bratenschüsseln, Kartoffeldämpfern, Kompottschüsseln und vielem mehr. UBz: Der in der Sintrax-Kaffeemaschine bereitete Kaffee schmeckt den Gästen.
