For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Präsentation von Einkaufstaschen Zentralbild TBD (Schmidt) 4 Motive 19.1.1955 2719- Der Messeschlager für jede Hausfrau "Pütt" - ein farbiges Perlonnetz - ein Erzeugnis des bekannten VEB Lederwarenfabrik Ohrdruf mit dem Qualitätszeichen "Lederohr" ist einer der Messeschlager der Frühjahrsmesse 1955. Dieses in einem Spezialbeutel eingearbeitete Perlonnetz, dessen Hülle gleichzeitig der Netzboden ist, hat eine Tragfähigkeit von 50 kg und ein Gewicht von 4 g. Es ist nicht grösser als eine Damenbörse. UBz: Bärbel beim Einkauf mit dem gefüllten "Pütt" und einer Einkaufs- und Reisetasche aus goldbraunem Leder mit lederfarbenem Panamagewebe. Beide sind ebenfalls Neuschöpfungen aus der Frühjahrskollektion des VEB Lederwarenfabrik Ohrdruf.
