Das neue Kulturhaus, ein Geschenk der sowjetischen Freunde. Wenige Monate, bevor das Buna-Werk kostenlos den Werktätigen unserer Republik übergeben wird, wurde das große Kulturhaus fertig, für dessen Bau die sowjetische Generaldirektion 1850000 DM zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Neben dem Theater, das nach den neuesten Errungenschaften der Bühnentechnik errichtet ist, gibt es im Obergeschoß des Hauses einen kleinen Konzertsaal für 250 Personen.
