ADN-ZB Häßler 17.10.89 pe Bez. Dresden: „Das brennende Herz“, das am Tisch der Gäste flambiert wird, ist eine der Kreationen des ungarischen Kochs Rudolf Matyas (M.), der einen Weltmeistertitel errang. Während der Tage der ungarischen Küche hatten Gäste der Moritzburger „Waldschänke“ Gelegenheit, Gerichte des Meisters kennenzulernen. Matyas und seine drei jungen Gehilfen sind ansonsten im Hungar-Hotel von Miskolc, mit dem die „Waldschänke“ seit 1975 freundschaftliche Verbindung pflegt, tätig. (siehe 16N) |
