For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Plauen, Geflügelzucht und Mastanlage, Biogasreaktoren ADN-ZB Thieme 17.8.89 bez. K.-M.-Stadt: Biogas - Doppelt soviel Biogas als bei bisher üblichen Verfahren kann in den Biogasreaktoren der Geflügelzucht- und mastanlage "Vogtland" Plauen aus Hühnergülle gewonnen. Das von Neuerern des Geflügelbetriebes gemeinsam mit der TU Dresden entwickelte Zweistufenverfahren liefert Biogas zur Beheizung, Warmwasser- und Energieversorgung der Anlage. - Siehe auch 1989-0817-9N und 10N. Gleichzeitig entstehen bei der Umwandlung der Gülle pro Jahr rund 38000 Tonnen umweltfreundlichen organischen Düngers.
