ADN-ZB/Reiche/4.7.89/Berlin: Seiters-Besuch/Der Minister für Auswärtige Angelegenheiten der DDR, Oskar Fischer (3.v.l.), empfing den Bundesminister für besondere Aufgaben und Chef des Bundeskanzleramtes der BRD, Rudolf Seiters (3.v.r.), zu einem Gespräch, an dem auch der Stellvertretende DDR-Außenminister Kurt Nier (2.v.l.) und der Leiter der Ständigen Vertretung der BRD in der DDR, Dr. Franz Bertele (4.v.r.), teilnahm.
