For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Rostock, Schmarl, Traditionsschiff, Schiffsbaumuseum ADN-ZB Sindermann 30.5.89 Rostock: DDR-Zeugnisse - Als MS "Dresden" befuhr das am Ufer der Warnow liegende Traditionsschiff lange Jahre die Weltmeere. Insgesamt verließen 15 Schiffe der Bauserie vom Typ IV die Warnowwerft. Ausgezeichnetes Seeverhalten, hohe Stabilität und Verläßlichkeit zeichneten sie aus. - siehe auch 1989-0530-20 u. 21N sowie 35849-2 - Achtung! Sie erhalten hierzu am 31.5. eine ADN-Meldung.
