ADN-ZB Sindermann 22.3.1989 Rostock: Wahl-Völlig umgestaltet wurde in den vergangenen fünf Jhren das alten Hafenviertel in der nördlichen Altstadt. Es gilt heute als gelungenes Beispiel für den innerstädtischen Wohnungsbau. Im Rahmen des komplexen Wohnungsbaus entstanden 600 neue Wohnungen und mehr als 400 wurden rekonstruiert bzw. modernisiert. -siehe auch 1989-0322-11 und 12N- Seit 1984 sind in Rostock mehr als 11600 Wohnungen entstanden. Rund 60 Prozent der Bürger leben in einer neugebauten, rekonstruierten bzw. modernisierten Wohnung. |
