For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Niederschmalkalden, kubanische Gastarbeiterin ADN-ZB Schaar 23.9.87 Bez. Suhl: Wettbewerb-Um hohe Wettbewerbsergebnisse ringen die Werktätigen des VEB Kammgarnspinnerrei Niederschmalkalden. Seit 24 Jahren können sie mit erfüllten und überfüllten Plänen aufwarten. Zu den 80 Kubanerinnen, die in dem Betrieb tätig sind, gehört auch Graziella Sagorra. Sie arbeitet an modernen Spülautomaten, hier mit Schichtmeisterin Rosel Hohmann.
