ADN-ZB Schindler 25.6.87 Berlin: Alt Marzahn-einst ein kleines Märkisches Dorf - nimmt inmitten des Neubaugebietes ebenfalls neue Gestalt an. 1984 wurde mit der umfangreichen Rekonstruktion, dem Neubau und der Umgestaltung des Dorfes mit seinen 60 Häusern begonnen. Neuerrichtete Gebäude sind durch eingeschossige Bauweise, Klinker-Fassaden und Steildächer der vorhandenen Bausubstanz angeglichen, so daß ein harmonisches Gesamtbild entsteht.

Deutsch: Dieses Foto wurde vermutlich von der Bärensteinstraße 24 aus gemacht. Der Blick geht über einen Teil des Platzes vor Gaststätte und Kaufhalle (beides heute nichtmehr existent), über die Allee der Kosmonauten, in das Angerdorf Alt-Marzahn hinein. Dort ist dann auch die Kirche auf dem Anger zu erkennen. Links ist ein Stück der Clubgaststätte am Anger zu erkennen und rechts etwas vom Parkplatz vor dem Doppelwohnhochhaus AdK 200 und 202. Auf der AdK sind die Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen zu sehen, welche heute immernoch am selben Ort existieren. Auch steht dort gerade eine Tatra Straßenbahn in einer der Haltestellen. Im Hintergrund ist links, das Wohnhochaus Marzahner Promenade 49, in etwa mittig, das sich scheinbar gerade noch im Bau befindliche Freizeitforum und rechts, der Aufgang Nr. 42 vom Doppelwohnhochhaus Raoul-Wallenberg-Straße 42 und 40 zu sehen.
