For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Wismar, Ausbildung zum Forstfacharbeiter ADN-ZB Sindermann 19.6.1987 pra-Bez. Rostock: Jugend - In der Betriebsberufsschule "Johannes Warnke" des Staatlichen Forstwirtschaftsbetriebes Wismar werden gegenwärtig 170 Jugendliche als Facharbeiter für Forstwirtschaft ausgebildet. Etwa zwei Drittel von ihnen schließen zudem nach dreijähriger Lehrzeit mit dem Reifezeugnis der 12. Klasse ab. Die Aufforstung ist wichtiger Bestandteil der Ausbildung in der Forstschule Bad Doberan. Vor allem in der Pflanzzeit, dem Frühjahr, sind die Mädchen und Jungen beim Pflanzen von Bäumen eingesetzt. Im Pflanzgarten werden einjährige Sämlinge verschult, Saatbeete gepflegt oder wie hier kleine Eichen auf einen Kahlschlag gepflanzt. - siehe auch 2N -
