For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.

Dieses neue Insulindosiergerät wird zur Zeit im Zentralinstitut für Diabetes "Gerhardt Katsch" in Karlsburg bei Greifswald erprobt und weiterentwickelt. Das Gerät ersetzt für Diabetiker das Spritzbesteck. Man kann es morgens mit der Insulinration für den ganzen Tag füllen, es immer bei sich tragen und dann das Insulin mit einem einfachen Knopfdruck injizieren. Das manuelle Insulindosiergeärt wurde von der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität in Olomouc (CSSR) entwickelt. Wenn die Erprobung und Weiterentwicklung abgeschlossen sind, wird es in die Praxis eingeführt.
