For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  VEB Robotron Elektronik Dresden, Computer EC 2655M
ADN-ZB Häßler 11.2.85 Dresden: Der VEB Robotron Elektronik Dresden produziert seit rund 15 Jahren elektronische Datenverarbeitungsgeräte. Rechner vom Typ R 21, EC 2640 und EC 2156 bewähren sich im In- und Ausland. Hauptabnehmer von Erzeugnissen des Elektronik-Großbetriebes ist die Sowjetunion. Bis Ende Januar 1985 verließen acht Rechner des Typs EC 2655 M das Prüffeld, um den Weg in die befreundete UdSSR anzutreten. Die Prüffeldingenieure Wolfgang Hempel und Christof Wünsch (r.) testen eine Rechneranlage vom Typ EC 2655 M. |
