For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. ADN-ZB-Häßler-25.4.84-Dresden: Künstlerhang rekonstruiert. Das Atelierhaus des Dresdener Künstlerdomizils am Löschwitzer Elbhang wurde in den zurückliegenden Jahren umfangreich rekonstruiert. Diese Wohn- und Arbeitsstätte für Maler und Bildhauer ist die Einzige ihrer Art in der DDR. Gebaut wurde sie 1897-98 nach Entwürfen des Dresdener Architekten Martin Pietzsch. Zum Haus gehören 17 Ateliere und 13 Wohnungen. Unter den Mietern sind Namen bekannter Künstler wie Josef Hegenbarth, Hans Unger, Sascha Schneider und Hans Jüchser. - |
