For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Leipzig, Universität, Veterinärmedizin, Röntgenaufnahmen ADN-ZB Grubizsch-25.5.83 Leipzig: Veterinärmedizin in spe-An der Leipziger Karl-Marx-Universität werden jährlich rund 100 Veterinärmediziner ausgebildet. Jeder vierte Student kommt aus einem afrikanischen, asiatischen oder lateinamerikanischen Land. Während des Studiums erwerben die Studenten Kenntnisse in Theorie und Praxis, um Leben und Gesundheit wertvoller Zucht- und Nutztiere erhalten zu können. OVR Prof. Dr. sc. med. nt. Hans Schleiter, Leiter der Chirurgischen Tierklinik, unterweist Studenten des vierten Studienjahres.
