For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Wartenberg, Vorsitzender im Gespräch Zentralbild Krueger 23.4.1953 Berlins zweite Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft Die am 18.4.1953 in Berlin-Wartenberg gegründeten Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft "1. Mai" liefert bereits in dieser Woche Rhabarber und Radierschen für die Berliner Bevölkerung. Die Genossenschaftsbauern befassen sich besonders mit dem Anbau von Gemüse und verschiedensten Arten und betreiben nebenbei zur Erhöhung der Rentabilität des Betriebes Blumenzucht. 71 Landarbeiter und Gärtner gehören der 150 ha umfassenden Genossenschaft an. UBz: Vorsitzender der Genossenschaft ist Willi Fröhlich (l.), der sich mit dem Gemüsebrigadier Heinz Kornau über Methoden des Gemüseanbaus unterhält.
