For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Schenkenberg, Vorsitzender Zentralbild Illner 21.10.1952 Zum Monat der deutsch-sowjetischen Freundschaft. Produktionsgenossenschaft "7. Oktober" ruft zum Wettbewerb auf. Die Produktionsgenossenschaft "7.Oktober" in Schenkenberg, Krs. Delitzsch, Bezirk Leipzig hat alle landwirtschaftlichen Produktionsgenossenschaften zu Ehren des Monats der deutsch-sowjetischen Freundschaft zum Wettbewerb aufgerufen. Ziele des Wettbewerbs sind: Gründung einer Betriebsgruppe der Gesellschaft für deutsch-sowjetische Freundschaft und Mitgliederwerbung unter den Genossenschaftsbauern. Höhepunkt und Abschluss des Wettbewerbs soll eine Kulturveranstaltung zum 73. Geburtstag Stalins bilden, die Industriearbeiter und Genossenschaftsauern vereinen wird. UBz: Helmut Merke, der Vorsitzende der Produktionsgenossenschaft, setzt sich besonders für den Wettbewerb ein.
