Zentralbild 5.2.1952 [Herausgabedatum] Nationales Aufbauprogramm in Westberlin? - Es wäre schön. Patriotische Kreise der westberliner Bevölkerung fordern von ihrer Verwaltung die Beteiligung Westberlins am Nationalen Aufbauprogramm. Es gibt genug Ruinenfelder, die aufgeräumt werden müssten und genug Familien, die dringend eine menschenwürdige Wohnung benötigen. Die Westberliner Verwaltung hat jedoch im Sinne ihrer amerikanischen Auftraggeber weder Interesse an einem Aufbauprogramm, noch die Mittel dazu. Die Vorbereitungen für den amerikanischen Krieg gehen ihr vor. UBz: Dafür ist auch Geld da. Hotelbauten wie dieses, Bank- und Geschäftshäuser entstehen mit amerikanischem Kapital.
