For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Ingenieur am Reissbrett Illus Schmidtke 19.11.51 "Du und Dein Verbesserungsvorschlag". Unter diesem Motto wurde am 18.11.51 im Alten Stadthaus in Berlin eine Ausstellung eröffnet, die eine Überblick über die Neuerermethoden in der Bau- und Holzindustrie, Steigerung der Arbeitsproduktivität und Selbstkostensenkung gibt. UBz: In der Ausstellung befindet sich ein Büro, wo Verbesserungsvorschläge eingereicht werden können.
