Dem deutschen Ing.Horz ist es gelungen, eine Erfindung zu machen, welche es ermöglicht, auf Grund magnetischer Kräfte Züge beim Ueberfahren des Haltesignals sofort zum Stehen zu bringen. Bei geschossenem Signal tritt die magnetische Signalvorrichtung, welche sich vorn an der Lokomotive befindet in Tätigkeit und bringt einen Zug, welcher sich im 90 km.-Tempo befindet, innerhalb 100 m zum Stehen. Nur wenn das Signal auf Fahrt freigegeben wird, ist es dem Lokomotivführer möglich, den Zug weiterfahren zu lassen.

Die neue D'-Zug-Lokomotive der Zukunft. Vorn an der Lokomotive befindet sich der Magnet. Beim Anziehen des Magneten auf die Eisenbahnschienen schliessen sich die Dampfventile von selbst und bringen den Zug bei 90 km. Fahrtgeschwindigkeit auf einer strecke von 100 m zum Stehen.
