Der Parlamentarische Staatssekretär beim Bundesminister der Finanzen, Manfred Carstens, gab anläßlich der Ernennung von Prof. Dr. Helmut Schlesinger zum Präsidenten der Deutschen Bundesbank und Dr. Hans Tietmeyer zum Vizepräsidenten der Deutschen Bundesbank einen Empfang im Bundesministerium der Finanzen.
