| Description |
English: Buckingham Road, Penn, Wolverhampton The road contains a variety of detached and semi-detached houses, and a fine old oak tree. Here following about 10-12cm of overnight snowfall, Buckingham Road no longer receives gritting and salting services. However, that would be difficult at night due to the excess number of medium sized commercial vans which use the road and the grass verges as a car park. It is a pleasant area, and even more so since the demise of the pub in Birchwood Road; handy local shops still there are bonus (and their milk is cheaper than Sainsbury/Morrisons et al!!) |
