Gallo, left, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71), and Ensign Keisha Brewer maneuver Ross into position during a towing exercise with the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS William McLean (T-AKE 12) in support of Flag Officer Sea Training April 9, 2018. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its sixth patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of regional allies and partners and U.S. national security interests in Europe.
