Bronze Age Barbed and Tanged Arrowhead
Description
English: An incomplete Early Bronze Age flint barbed and tanged arrowhead (2150 BC-1500 BC). The tip, part of one barb and the tang are missing due to breaks. It has been invasively worked on both faces. One face is not so finely worked as the other. The surviving barb is pointed (Green Group A). See: Green in Butler 2005: 162-165. 20.1 x 17.9 x 5.7mm. Weight: 1.69g.
