Description
English: Bridego Bridge - Great Train Robbery Site - View westwards. This bridge is intimately linked with the Great Train Robbery of 8th August 1963. Having stopped the train at Sears Crossing (see 895201) the train was driven to this bridge for the mailsacks full of used banknotes to be offloaded to waiting vehicles. See also 1058905 & 1058912
