Die Musikanten aber taten sich gütlich an Speis und Trank und legten sich dann zur Ruhe. = All at once the four musicians burst into the robbers' house: the donkey brayed, the dog barked, the cat meowed and the rooster crowed. The robbers were terrified at the horrific screams. They thought a ghost was coming in through the window. They fled into the forest.
