English: Bread Roll/Fritters is a north indian snack. It is typically made with soften pieces of bread, shaped into a roll and stuffed with fillings like mixed veggies, potatoes, peas, etc. It also takes on the form of dahi ke sholay, wherein it is stuffed with a creamy concoction of veggies and thick curd. |
