Español: Escudo del municipio de Pitanga (Paraná, Brasil), diseñado bajo las condiciones del Taller de Heráldica y Vexilología de la Wikipedia en español. Referencias: [1]
Português: Brasão do município de Pitanga (Paraná), projetado de acordo com as condicões de Workshop de Heráldica e Vexilología da Wikipédia em espanhol. "O Brasão de Armas do Município de Pitanga, é um escudo do tipo português, na cor branca, contendo em seu interior a figura de um pinheiro, em suas cores. O escudo é encimado por uma coroa de 8 (oito) torres, na cor prata (branca), das quais apenas 5 (cinco) são visíveis, que representa a autoridade Municipal. À destra do escudo do Município figura uma haste de trigo frutificado, em suas cores. À sestra, uma cana de milho frutificada, em suas cores, representando as principais riquezas do Município. De acordo com as normas heráldicas, o lado direito de um símbolo é o lugar que fica à direita de uma pessoa colocada junto a ele e voltada para quem observa este símbolo. O listel, em azul, unindo a haste de trigo e a cana de milho, contém a seguinte inscrição, em prata: ?28.1 PITANGA 1944?, que corresponde à data de instalação do Município e ao topônimo."
