Summary[edit]

Description

The north wall of the fifth row is also divided into two levels :

  • On the celestial panel, only the angel who brings the soul of the deceased to the Last Judgement and Abraham who receives the chosen ones into his bosom remain.
  • In the event that the terrestrial panel depicts the burial of Joscerand IV de Brancion, who died at the battle of Mansourah, at the same time as Saint Louis, his recumbent statue, which comes from the chapel of the Château d'Uxelles (former fief of Brancion) destroyed around 1805, has been placed in this bay.
