Summary[edit]

Description
English: "They tell us that bows are to be just "the thing" this season. There is certainly no disputing their charm. They are made of the material of the gown, silk or voile, and also of ribbon, matching the gown in color or forming a contrast. Their smartness is easily recognized. Almost any design will be "stylish" during the spring and early summer. The bow effect upon a reception gown is frequently carried out on the hat which is to be worn with it."
