H ERE is a good investment—a two-family residence with a full set of living apartments on each floor; nothing about the appearance from the frontview to indicate that it is used in this manner. Many persons object to building two family houses on account of the appearance. Not so withthis design. In no way has it the appearance of anything except a substantial residence. It will rent faster and at a higher price than anyordinary double house. The two floors are identical in arrangement with the exception that, the space upstairs over the vestibule at mainentrance and reception hall adjoining, is used for a small bedroom. The front porch is of good size, the same width as the house and large enough to be enjoyed by both families. At the rearthere is a double porch, or, more correctly speaking, a porch with same size
