Description
English: Windward Pass (April 30, 2005) -Haitian migrants wait to be evacuated from a 50- foot sailboat by U.S. Coast Guardsmen in the Windward Pass. The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dependable (WMEC 626) intercepted the vessel, removed 132 migrants, and repatriated them back to Haiti.
