Summary[edit]

Description

A blue damselfly, seen on the short bridge at the entrance to Edgewood County Park. This bridge crosses a narrow creek that, in spite of our severe drought, still had a trickle of water running in it. Note that unlike dragonflies, damselflies hold their wings parallel to their body when at rest.
