| Description |
I couldn't resist the lure of blood sausages. These weren't anything special though. While all the ingredients were fresh, what I had expected to be a rich, smooth blood pudding was made lumpy by bits of lemongrass and spring onions. Eating the blood sausage with mint, and purple and green shisho was quite refreshing though. Perhaps the sausage would have been better as part of a bowl of nodles. |
