日本語: この旗は、赤黒旗と同じく、黒を使ったコンビネーションフラッグです。色はまた、海賊党を意味する可能性があります。 アナーキズムを意味する黒は、政府などによる表現への干渉を拒絶することを表しています。表現の自由を主張するためにフリースピーチ・フラッグを使用し、中央にアンチ・コピーライト・シンボルを配置することで、国家による我々への干渉である知的財産制度への反対を示しています。
English: This flag, like the Red and Black Flag, is a combination flag with black. The black colour, which refers to anarchism, represents the rejection of governmental and other forms of interference in expression. The colour could also mean pirate parties. The free speech flag is used to assert freedom of expression, and the Anti-copyright Symbol is placed in the middle to show opposition to an intellectual property system that is state interference with us.
