Description
English: Bjarkøy Church (Bjarkøy kirke), a parish church of the Church of Norway in Harstad Municipality in Troms county, Norway. It was built in 1766 (rebuilt 1886) and is located in the village of Nergården on the island of Bjarkøya. The photo shows the church building, a stone fence, naked birch trees, fields etc. in springtime of Northern Norway. Also view towards snowy mountains of Grytøya in the background. Distorted iPhone panorama (panoramic image) taken on May 9th, 2019.
