Description
English: Looking NW along the Birmingham and Wolverhampton Canal from the Ladywood Middleway road bridge over both canal and railway. The main railway line from Birmingham New Street to Wolverhampton is on the right. The site of the dismantled Monument Lane railway station is just to the right of the new brick blockhouse in the foreground. This image has been scanned from a Kodachrome slide taken in 1966. The date given below is approximate.
