Description
English: Birches in Sherwood Pines Forest Park. Sherwood Pines is mainly pine woodland with birch, oak, sweet chestnut and beech. The silver birch, one of our most common native trees, is becoming a feature of woodland glades on this former heathland site as natural habitats are restored.
