Deutsch: Dieses Bild zeigt ein Ergebnis einer Hochskalierung und Restauration eines Bildes. Bei einer Restauration werden Irritationen wie Kompressionsartefakte (bei JPEG-Kompression) entfernt. Auch wird das Bild so hochskaliert, dass es 16x mehr Pixel als das Originalbild hat. Bei klaren Linien und anderen sichtbaren Strukturen funktioniert der Algorithmus sehr gut. Rechts sieht man das echte Originalbild, links das Bild mit heftigen Kompressionsartefakten und in der Mitte die durch KI korrigierte Version des linken Bildes.
English: This image shows a result of upscaling and restoration of an image. Restoration removes irritations such as compression artifacts (in JPEG compression). Also, the image is upscaled so that it has 16x more pixels than the original image. For clear lines and other visible structures, the algorithm works very well. On the right you can see the real original image, on the left the image with heavy compression artifacts and in the middle the AI corrected version of the left image.
Français : Cette image montre un résultat d'une mise à l'échelle et d'une restauration d'une image. Lors d'une restauration, les irritations telles que les artefacts de compression (en cas de compression JPEG) sont supprimées. L'image est également mise à l'échelle de manière à ce qu'elle ait 16x plus de pixels que l'image originale. Pour les lignes claires et autres structures visibles, l'algorithme fonctionne très bien.
