Bahasa Indonesia: Bika Bogor Talubi berbeda dengan Bika yang ada yang biasa dikenal Bika Ambon dari Medan, Sumatera Utara. Bika Ambon pada umumnya terbuat dari daun jeruk, serbuk kunyit, serei dan biasanya full tepung. Sehingga Bika Ambon mempunyai aroma dan rasa yang khas. Tapi ada pula yang tidak menyukai Bika Ambon. Oleh karena itu Bika Bogor Talubi hadir dengan ciri khas berbeda tidak menggunakan bahan tersebut, melainkan berbahan dasar talas dan ubi. Sehingga Bika Bogor Talubi mempunyai tekstur yang lembut saat dikonsumsi dan tidak membuat enek bila dimakan jumlah banyak. Perlu diketahui Bika Bogor Talubi tidak menggunakan bahan pengawet jadi hanya bertahan 4 hari dari masa produksi. |
