English: Big trees on the village green, Rosedale Abbey This photograph, taken from near the Milburn Arms hotel in Rosedale Abbey, shows the beautiful big trees located on the village green. The church of St Mary and St Laurence can just be seen on the right-hand side of the picture. Viewers with good eyesight will see from the finger-posts that the town of Pickering lies about 10 miles to the left (south) and Castleton is located about 10 miles to the north |
