firstly hot the oil with non stick pan, after that add some rai seed followed by all vegetable and cook for 15 minute with mid flame. after this add savai and cook for 5 minutes. then after add salt, some red chilli powder... cook for another 1 minutes then add water not more then 1 cup.... add some coriander leafs and cashew nuts cook for another 5 minute. after cooking is over the bhindi with curd which prepared, will be added to this with a small quantity. |
